Hi there is a big difference as to the speeds i get using the same sim card in my router and my phone. In my phone i get about 180mbs, but when I put the same sim in the router i can only get about 40

I cannot access my bank's website because they say my router doesn't have a static IP address. How do I set this up on my router? Thanks
