I purchased 2 c310 in September. Installed one and seemingly works. before Xmas it said it needed to be updated & it's been un-useable since. when I click on anything it states "firmware updating". ho

A lot of lag and freeze after the FW upgrade to 1.3.2. Everything used to work smooth before the upgrade. Now the feed is lagging, and the app is 'spinning' like if there were no connection (but there
