Modem desync's around 10am and sometimes 8-9pm at night after that, my router Deco x50, turns red, and after my modem comes back online after a few seconds, my router is stuck in an offline state even

The router i'm connecting to is a TP-Link Deco AX3000. I have tried reinstalling my driver for Archer TX20U, still nothing. tried using it on a laptop, same problem so i know the problem is definately
