Deco appears offline, but all devices remain functional. Is this normal?

It seems my old ios devices can only connect to my xe75 wifi 6e mesh at 5ghz. My new devices like quest 3 and new pc connects to 6ghz. Are they on the same network? Will my pc (6ghz) be able to stream
