my Tapo camera c210 is not working outside my home network, i also check my MAC ID is A8574EFD935E , so can you please help me to see camera outside my home network.

I recently bought 3 x C210 tapo cameras. When i am connected to the local wifi i have connection. But when on 4G/5G it shows offline. how can i solve this problem?

I have subscribed for my tapo camera c210, but still I am not able to see the cloud storage, So can you please help me with this issue.
