My question relates to the smart thermostat valve not the hub but I wasn't able to enter KE100 in the Product Model box. I have found batteries with these specs - AA Battery Rechargeable USB Type-C Li

Put the supplied batteries in the new thermostat correctly. Within 6 hours I get a low battery indication. Any idea what is wrong ? TIA
