I think this applies to all Tapo doorbells, but does anyone know exactly why when playing recordings back, only the caller at the door can be heard, not the person inside. This is really unacceptable,

Is there any way to get the bell to record both sides of the conversation and not the person on the outside only. It only records the callers voice. Ring record both voices. Thanks
