Hi MY tplink switch 3216 has decided not to let me access the internet through it, also iam unable to log into web portal or console portal please can yoiu advise how i can get the product to work aga

My managed switch will not accept the ARP defend to be enabled please cna you help in identfying what causes this to not enable Kind REgards
