Hello: Is there a web GUI to control all my tapo devices? I mean like the tapo App but in a web browser. Using a phone is a pain for me.

I just got the Tapo P316m. when i try to turn on charge guard to power off my device when low wattage is detected. it automatically disables it even after i tried to enable it. see attached video.
