Hi

Could someone please help me with my Alexa problem.

I can control my TP plugs from my Alexa Echo but when I ask any of the three dots that I have it doesn't recognise the plugs.

Any idea how I set these up to recognise the plugs ?

Did you bind your dots to your Alexa account ? One Tp-link account only can be connected to one Amazon account.

I had the same issue and after a lot of mucking about, I found out that it I factory reset the dots and re-register them, that magically they started working. No idea why.
