HI, i’m having problems updating my smart plugs via the KASA app,The app is reporting all smart plugs are up-to-date (there not) and NO UPDATES ARE AVAILABLE.I have 4 HS100 plugs and 1 HS110 all uk versions and hardware version 1, the plugs are reporting there versions are..1)HS100 SOFTWARE 1.0.102)HS100 SOFTWARE 1.1.33)HS100 SOFTWARE 1.1.34)HS100 SOFTWARE 1.1.35)HS110 SOFTWARE 1.0.10Obviously KASA can’t/won’t update my plugs, so how else can i? Or is there another way to do it?Thanks steve.

I am also facing this same issue - I have 5 plugs with 3 on 1.0.10 and 2 on1.1.12 (one of these is the energy monitoring plug) - there is no way to force an update and on an Alexa FB group there is a link to PC software which will force an update to fix the Krack issue - apparently Once installed, run the MAIN app, click scan to list your plugs. Then select a plug and click upgrade. But this is PC only software and I am on a Mac http:// http://static.tp-link.com/…/20171228/iotUpgradeTool_V1.3.zip

I contacted tech support, they gave me the lastest version of that app, i ran it and all my plugs are now running software 1.2.5 so all is now good ( until the next update )
