Well, you're offline. Check your internet connections, get back online, and retest your speed.

I have also setup and installed a few C4000 units and this features works fine. Its actuall handy when setting up new connections and it tracks the history too

I'd say speedtest link is broken inside firmware

@Stefano 1 I tried changing the dns to numerous dns addresses and the speed test still said I was offline
