Hi all

I am having a regular problem, which happens about once a week. Had been trying to solve this for months.

Background: I use my HS110 to turn on several devices (AV-receiver, set-top box, etc) at a certain hour each day, and turn off a few hours later.

Issue: While the HS110 can turn on and off at the pre-determined hours, i notice that the power to the downstream devices are not cut-off. Therefore my devices are actually still turned on 24 hours per day.

I solve the issue (temporarily) by unplugging everything, doing a hard reset, and perform a re-setup. It will work fine for a few days, but problem will definitely re-occur.

Kindly help please.

Sounds like the relay is starting to stick, you probably need to replace the switch (hopefully tp link will replace it under warranty).
