I was attempting to setup the new smart plug. The first time I tried to connect it to a wifi network, it failed to connect, but when I wanted to try again on a different network, the plug no longer works. When I plug it in, it is briefly orange, then rapidly flashes blue before shutting off. I've tried holding the power button to reset, but nothing seems to be working.

Please help! About ready to call this whole thing a bust and send it back. Thanks.
