Hello all, apologies for the delayed response.
Firstly, there should be no limitation when upgrading a generic firmware to your M7350(EU) V3 or V5, so just download the latest firmware from the official website as per the hardware version printed on your modem device label, that should work.
However, if you still encounter an issue when upgrading the modem firmware, please confirm the below info, we will try to check it out:
1. What is the hardware version of the M7350, is it V3, V4, or V5? Check this on the device bottom label.
2. What is the current firmware version of your M7350? Show us the screenshot on its web interface.
3. Which firmware version were you trying to upgrade to? Show us the download link.
4. What is the error message when you tried to upgrade the firmware? Show us the error screenshot.
Thanks a lot.

Hello, apologies for the super late reply.
Make sure you are tagging a TP-Link Admin if you want a timely response. Unless we are tagged we do not see that new responses have been added. We do not subscribe to every thread so rely on Tagging to ensure responses.
As for the firmware upgrade issue on the M7350 v4, if you failed to upgrade its firmware to the latest, please try to install the below beta firmware, then confirm if you can update it to the latest:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202012/20201218/M7350V4_recoverFirmware.zip
Note: please be aware that this beta firmware is a specially built version for the M7350 V4, so DON'T upgrade this beta firmware on the M7350 v3/v5 as it may damage their devices. If you are using a M7350 v3 or v5, there should be no issue with the general firmware upgrade, you can just download the firmware from the official website. Thanks.

Hi,
I found that the M7350 with 170802 is a specific-edited version sold in Taiwan; that is the reason why you failed to update the firmware.
Good day.

What are their country versions? It is printed on the back panel of the actual device, next to the model number.
Meanwhile what is the system language of the two routers?
