I am using tp-link wi-fi router, however when I open the router settings I am getting router settings of someone else's Tenda wifi router.

How is that possible? How to fix it? It is also showing detials of that wifi router. Its SSID, password, the devices attached to that device, the username of ISP, almost everything without loging into that router settings.

Please show us a screenshot of the web interface you saw.

When and where did you buy this TP-Link router?

Are you connecting via WIFI? if so, be sure your wifi ssid is unique. On your device, delete (forget) the wifi network and reestablish the network.
