hi 

 

i got an error upgrading my firmware to the latest

 

current: Firmware version: 0.9.1 4.1 v0032.0 Build 160512 Rel.40318n Hardware version: Archer C2 v1 00000001

 

Error code: 4503

The uploaded file was not accepted by the device

 

i have purchased this device in singapore and current location is philippines

i have tried regions singapore, US and philippines. same error

Hi, the firmware must match the hardware version, and the hardware version is fixed, cannot be upgraded/downgraded. 

 

Below is the download link for Archer C2 V1, the top one is the latest one.

okay i see, so i need to download install the latest v1 and upgrade to v3 or v5 right?

Hello, the hardware version cannot be upgraded. like V1, V3 or V5, they are hardware, not firmware. 

 

If the current hardware version is V1, you need install the firmware for V1, NOT V3 or V5.
