Hi All,

I just purchased a M9 deco plus. The setup is:

Router (bridge mode) via ethernetcable to Deco (main) - ethernetcable from deco to switch - to printer, to two computers etc.

Wifi works, but all instruments connected by ethernet cable do not work. I can see in the computer ethernet adapter that there seems to be a connection, but no internet. None of the instruments are recognized in the app. The switch seems to work.

Anyone here knows what to do?

Regards, Marco

@MTA

Hello, so the current network diagram is router(bridge mode)--Main Deco--switch--printer/2 computers, the wired devices do not work properly, right?

With them connected as mentioned above, please click here to check the IP address and gateway obtained by the computer and show us a picture of the status - details page.

Please simplify the diagram, in other word, connect bridge mode router--Main Deco--computer directly, and please verify whether you can get internet from the main Deco directly.

If so, the troubleshooting need to be done on the switch instead.

Besides, what is the model number of the switch?

Good day.
