5ghz issue

Firmware Version: 0.9.1 0.2 v0093.0 Build 190125 Rel.63783n(4555)
I've been having issues connecting to the 5ghz band.
Some of my phones will never even see the 5g band
And one of then only connects to it if i set my phone region to the united states
My archer C50 is the eu model.
Any solution will be appreciated

Hello, the Archer C50 is a dual band router, which supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz both.
Please verify the 5GHz band supported by the smart phone; as far as I know, some cellphones support band 4 only in some countries or districts.
Besides, you can try to change the wireless channel on the web UI of Archer C50 to give it a go.
