Hello, probably this is a App issue so this is wrong section but here it goes. 

Recently and finally smart actions were added, I got really excited with the montion feature however it is not working. I set Kc110 to turn on one of my kl110 (all updated) when montion is detected, I tried to turn off and on the lamp and the câmera, do it over and over again in all the possible ways but it wont work. Am I missing something? Need help! Thank you 🙋‍♀️

Hello, the KC110 and KL110 are both working fine separately but when the camera detects a motion, the KL110 will not turn on, right? How many smart actions did you create in total? and could you please send the screenshot of the smart action settings page? By the way, what is the version of your Kasa App?

@Marcia.Zhang Hello! Everything is up-to-update but I just tested again and does not work. Camera follows me but wont trigger the lamp. here are the screenshots you asked for:

Thanks for the information. 

 

You mentioned the camera follows you, did you receive the notification when it detect the motion? Or can you see any clip after the camera detect the motion?


Before you use the smart action function, please make sure the camera's motion detection function works and the bulb works separately.

@Marcia.Zhang Motion tracking was on however the problem was "Privacy and Sensitivity". I had that with "Do not Record Video or Audio" because it just didnt have to, but turning to "record video and audio" did the trick and it is working just fine. However I'm facing a minor issue that is turning off the annoying notifications all day when the action is only active at  night.

Hi,

You can change the Custom Time of the notification on the app, such as just receive the notification at night.
