Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.12 build 20191218 Rel. 63601

I have a deco m9 plus v2, and 2 HS110 plugs in the network, they are detected as plugs and works fine, but I'm not able to reserve IP address for those HS110, when going to the reserve IP option those devices do not appear in the list to chose ? ...

 

Can you help on this ?

Hello, can you see the two HS100 showing up under the Categories/plugs page?

 

Please verify the IP addresses of the HS100s are assigned by the main Deco.

 

And please ensure that the HS100 connects to the main network, rather than the guest network.

 

Besides, you can reboot the Deco units and plugs to give it a go.
