Why can I not connet to 5ghz WiFi, doesn't even show an option, only 2.4ghz

Hello, KC200 EU version only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, is your device EU version? If so, please choose your 2.4G host WiFi to connect.

Hi Marcia. You said that EU vesions only support 2.4Ghz Wifi. I have a router Archer c1200 AC1200 (EU). It is dual band router but I am also unable to connect to 5Ghz network. So why there is a need of adding 5Ghz if we cant use this.
