HS100 - version 1 vs version 2.1 - what's the difference?
I have two HS100's - bought at different times. One is a v1 and the other is a v2.1 - what is the difference?
Is it a hardware difference, or a software one? If a software one can the v1 be updated? Is there a relase note or other document which says what the differences are between all the different versions?

Hi,
The software of these two versions is different, V2.1 support sunset/sunrise offset function and over-temperature protection function, while V1 does not. V1 can only use the firmware for V1, it can't upgrade to the V2's firmware.

Hi,
I have multiple HS100(EU) switches. The eldest switch shows up in KASA as hardware version 1.0; the label on the switch shows 2.0
The serial number is:217C380003079
So whats wrong?
