other wifi camera you can use with out internet, if you dont have internet you canot able to acces your camera remotely, am allready used one normal tp link camera in my ayurveda resort in kerala

When the internet is down, if you are on the same network with the camera, you still able to watch the live view on the app.

Hello, we did a test on our lab, to manage the KC100 locally or remotely, you need always log in to the TP-Link account on the Kasa app. If the TP-Link ID is still logged in on the app when the internet is down, you can see the live view. If the account is logged out, you will need internet to log in first, then you can watch the live view without internet. Usually, the account is always logged on.

The situation mentioned in the ticket is the case where the cloud account is not logged in for local management.
