During the pairing with my second plug, it showed an update was installing. After that, I can't pair my plug in the bedroom and TP-link WiFi is not in my settings.
I would like to get the plug working.
@cavann49 What's the plug's light status after the firmware update? The plug's wifi signal will disappear after you set it up, usually wait about 2mins you will able to see the plug on the app.
If you still can't see it on the app, you can factory reset it by press the button for 10 seconds, then refer to the instruction below to do the configuration.
