My KC200 wireless security camera is installed outside under the ceiling and facing the road. Our postbox (big box) about 10 meters from the camera and the road is 12 meters from the camera.
Any vehicle moving on the road is picked and an alert is received BUT it never alerts when the postman is at my postbox which is even 2-3 meters closer to the camera.

Any way to fix this ?

Hi, you may refer to the instruction below to double-check your Activity Zones settings. Or try to adjust the camera's angle.

Besides, you can also do a test, stand under the camera to do some actions, can you receive the notification? What's the hardware version and firmware version of your camera?
