Hi everyone,

 

I wonder if I can controll the Wifi Plug HS100 from different phones via smart app? If I add the HS100 to my device another person using the same wifi cant add it. Is this normal? Can you add and controll HS100 only to/with one device?

Hi, HS100 can only bind to one TP-Link ID, so you can't add it again on another phone after setting it up. If you want to control it on other phones, you can log in the same TP-Link ID on the phone.
