Model: Archer C60  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20191106 rel.36548

Today I purchesed this C60 router but I am only getting 2.4 GHZ, no 5 GHZ. In router admin page it is showing 5 GHZ is active but in laptop and mobiles I am unbale ot find any 5GHZ signal. What to do?

Hello,

 

Please show us the hardware version of your C60 underneath the device, is it an EU version or US version? Please also ensure its firmware is up-to-date as per the hardware.

 

If no devices can detect the 5G signal, please try to change the 5G channel to different ones and confirm.

 

BTW, if your C60 is an EU version, it only supports band 1 for the 5GHz, which is designed to comply with that of CE regulation. Please confirm if your phones and laptops also support 5G band 1.
