[Archer MR200 v4] Problem with seeing received SMS
Hello there.
I'm having issue with seeing my received SMS. I can see I have received new SMS on the browser interface, but whenever I tried to see it, the interface won't show anything. Similar to the problem with this user here (but on MR600 instead) >>https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/170892?page=1
It seem I can "fix" it be resetting the router, but obviously the received SMS will be gone as well. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you.

If you guys experience an issue with receiving the messages on the MR200 V4, please try to update the below beta firmware and see if it helps:

Would you please cooperate with us to reset it first to check if the same issue will appear again?
Note: Press and hold the Reset button until the Power LED starts flashing to reset the router to its factory default settings.
If it appears again, we would like to collect the below information and escalate your case to our senior engineers to check the issue further.
1. please go to advanced-system tools-system log and provide it for us.
2. the screenshot for 'I can see I have received new SMS on the browser interface, but whenever I tried to see it, the interface won't show anything.'
BTW, may I know when and where you bought the device? When did the issue appear?

We have received several feedbacks about the SMS sending and receiving issue and most of them are related to Three.
So please help me check the following details:
- Where are you located and who is your SIM card carrier?
- Did you have an issue with both sending and receiving SMS?
- Would reset temporally fix the issue?
- What are the current firmware and hardware version of Archer MR400?

Zimbabwe. SIM card carrier is Netone and also Econet. Please see the 2 screenshots below:
2. Did you have an issue with both sending and receiving SMS?
Messages are being received but viewing them is the issue. Sending messages is working fine.

Yes it does. But it's only for just a while, after sometime i won't be able to view messages again.
4. What are the current firmware and hardware version of Archer MR400
Mine is actually Archer MR200. Details as below:
Firmware Version:1.17.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200526 Rel.36799n
Hardware Version:Archer MR200 v4 00000001

Hi all
I have exactly the same problem and I can't view my messages although I can see its count number.

I can see the number of unread messages but when I click on them, I cant see the content of them:
