How do we access this when care plans are currently unavailable in this region?
Do we have a date where plans will be available in NZ as this is preventing me from purchasing further producers from this brand?

After checking with the engineers, customers In New Zealand could only enjoy the free cloud recording service, no Kasa Care service subscription yet. and for KC110, it would be rolling12 hours of free cloud storage for 2 years.
