I'm not able add my HS200 switch into Kasa App, it is blinking orange and green but when try to connect it connects to internal tlink network and pairs it. But when it switches back to my Home Network the smart swith is not connecting.

 

In the app the preloader rotates for a while and  stops. I have 3 switches initially they worked well. But now when i'm trying to conect they are not connecting..

Sorry for the delay.

May I know the model number of the home router?

And what are the models of the other 3 smart switches?

Can I have a picture that which step you could not get through and what the error message is? And how about the LED light at this moment, still blinking red/green?

By the way, was the first time to set up this HS200?
