HS100 Firmware 1.1
I have 2 HS100 v4's that have been working solidly for a while on v1.0.3. According to my smart home these went unavailable over night and now no longer work, they are connected to my wifi but neither my smart home nor the ios kasa app will connect to them.
I tried setting them up again but the ios app only connects if I do a full factory reset, this then works only in the app until I turn the plug off or close the app then it won't connect again.
Can you confirm a firmware release was done? Where are the release notes for this? How do I downgrade to 1.0.3 and prevent auto updates in the future

I think you can see by the many posts in this thread that Firmware 1.1 has essentially bricked what was an excellent plug for many home automation enthusiasts. Would be great if you could reconsider the tp-link position on supporting your users here.
Thanks
You're so right... I couln't sleep last night because of this. I feel I've wasted my money and done a disservice to my friends and family reccomending Kasa as much as I have.

You keep posting the same response about the security issues with 3rd party devices and you say use the app,. But people are saying smart actions in the app no longer work !?. Can you comment on that ??

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
Please have a check of the message box and our senior engineers have already provided a temporary solution for HS100/HS110(UK) v4 with home assistance issue.
And please help us get the required MAC address about the plug.
