tp-link HS-110 stopped working, wifi flashing amber very fast

My tp-link HS-110 stopped working last week.
I'm unable to reset (soft / factory neither works).
When plugged in, the smart plug flashes the amber WiFi symbol very rapidly.
I'm unable to connect to it using the kasa app on my phone.
It seems broken, any ideas?

May I know how long have you had the plug since it is more likely that the plug is broken and needs to be replaced.

In this way, it is under warranty and please feel free to contact the shop retailer to get it replaced.
