Hi all - I just wanted to let TP-Link know, I love the TP-Link routers because of their support of OpenWRT, and have been looking at placing a large order for TP-Link Kasa switches and dimmers. However, the recent firmware issue that broke connectivity on those devices, and TP-Link's unhelpful response, has dissuaded me from this. I'll be going with Jasco z-wave switches instead.

It would be great if TP-Link realized that their success depends on keeping their hardware open and interoperable.

@Peng

I totally agree with you:-D

And it seemed like they had already agreed to revert the firmware back to the previous version.

I still have faith in their support service, not the products anyway and would like to give them the last chance.
