Firmware V5 Not Updating - WPA4220

As per the title. When trying to upgrade the firmware for WPA4220 from EU V4 to EU V5 I get a message stating wrong file?
Is this a known issue?

The firmware of V4 is not compatible with V5.
You could need to find the latest firmware of V4 to proceed the firmware upgrade.
And according to the attached picture, you already have the latest firmware.
