@Licky93

Thanks a lot - I'll test that.

One more question - do you get the most out of your transfer rates?

Do you get 100% of your bandwidth compared to what your ISP provides (e.g. 100 Mbps out of 100 Mbps connection)?

Thanks again!

I'm in Australia, so we have terrible internet lol. I'm on a 50/20 connection and can max it out no dramas.

@Kevin_Z

My Alienware come with a AC1535 network adapter, I think he supports it.(just ordered the new intel AX210)

But it is true, if I change the channel on 5G FROM - 36 To 44, adapter see the network(if i change to channel 149 to 165 he does not see the network at ~2 meters distance, but see if I come close to him. )

Veyr big thanks Kevin, and sorry for my english :)

Thought the whole idea about mesh and smart connect enabled is that your devices only see one network. Embedded in that network are the 2.4 and 5 ghz bands.

Installed the mesh firmware and smart connect and  on the router settings i now only see one network.

@PickaBoo

May I have your detailed network diagram? Is the AX6000 working as the main router? What is the model number of the modem from ISP?

Which device connects to the 5G network, how far between the device and the AX6000, how about the signal when you perform the ping test? What is the current channel on the AX6000 when you did the ping?

What if you change the DNS server on the AX6000 WAN/internet to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, will it help with the ping?

@Kevin_Z

The AX6000 works from ISP - AC750 router and works only for IPTV.

2 devices are connected to AX6000 - Iphone and Alienware

Signal on 2.4 - -54dBm

On 5G - -60dBm

Channel:

2.4G - works- CH. 3- 20MHz

5G - CH.44 width Auto.
