@Wayne-TP thank you for taking the time to consider this request. I am in agreement that a Tapo TV app would be super useful, not as much for the automation for me, but rather specifically the CCTV. If the TAPO app can view the cameras on the TV, it reduces the need for me for a third party NVR for constant monitoring feed. The TV is just much more convenient than the phone or laptop.
I am sure others would agree, this may be a starting point and if there is further interest, perhaps the other automation functions can be built out.

It would be useful to watch and control cameras directly on the TV, especially for parents who don't have a device.

One screen can select multiple cameras to display, can control the camera angle adjustment, and can record real-time video and screenshots in time.

@Wayne-TP the viewing experience on a big screen alone is worth the app on Android Tv and Apple TV. Monitoring office, home or baby will be very very much easier on a big screen than on a tablet or a phone. We have more than 10 Tapo cameras, monitoring on a tablet will need eyeglasses hahaha.

Hi I would like to just let the camera play on the tv. Having to watch the video over a phone or tablet drains alot of battery and it's inconvenient.
If it is playing on the tv, I can just do my other things and come and see the screen every now and then.
Also the size is bigger.
Kindly let me know if there's a fix
