https://static.tp-link.com/2021/202104/20210422/Deco_E4_V1_1.5.1_210330.zip
And you might need to choose manual-update on the web UI and load the bin firmware to the web interface;

Thanks for your help, I successfully update the firmware. Unfortunately the issue remains. The uploading speed is twice more than downloading in the region 85/45. Can you suggest, what can be a problem?

Hi,
Please turn off the 2.4ghz on the Deco E4 and leave the 5ghz only;
Then disconnect or forget the Wi-Fi network again to have a look;
By the way, Did all the 4 Deco E4 connect via Ethernet cable and the signal sources are all via Ethernet backhaul?
How many devices that would connect to the Deco E4?
Could you please also check the link speed on the device when running the speed-test: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2899/
And have you checked the Ethernet speed from the Deco E4 as well?
Wait for your reply.

Hello, thanks for your reply.
The following steps taken:
2.4G was disabled (althou, two month ago, it was not disabled, but still shown 90MBps)
Network was disconnected and connected again (as below).
Then speed test was conducted again:
As below.
As you can see, the result is the same.
To do clear experiment below is test, which was conducted directly on AP Asus router:
Answering your questions:
1. Only one main tower of E4 is connected to the AP router via UTP network cable.
Other 3 towers/bicons are not linked to AP by any means besides via main unit of E4.
2. There are total of 10 devices were connected to Deco system at the time of measure.
As you can see below, the trafic on them is neglectable.
However some of the devices connected to deco slave tower not over WiFi , but by ethernet cable.
4. There, answering your next question, is the speed property of the connection, as below:
5. I conducted speed test on the cable connection as well:
The result is similar to the WiFi test.
The connection between towers are optimized, as below:
In conclusion to add that all those screenshot were taken at approximately same time, as it derrives from the reflected figures in them.
Please, see if you can assist. (In my hamble opinion, it's the firmware bug, as it happened just after update, but I could mistake)

@TP-Link after I upgraded my firmware, my satellite decos all have the main deco as the signal source. Before my farthest satellite deco can connect to the nearest satellite deco as signal source. What happened here?

Hi,
Since the latest firmware adds the network optimization feature if you try to optimize the network, would the signal source change?
If not, could you please help me check the following information:
1. Can I have a picture of the floor map of the Deco Mesh system, like the location and distance of Deco?
2. Can I have a picture of the network map on the web UI;
3. A picture of the signal source strengthen on the Deco which is connected to the furthest Deco;
4. The system log of this Deco—you could log into this Deco via its IP address and save the log from web UI;
Thank you.

@TP-Link now my main deco would not connect to internet suddenly. The led light is just steady red. There is internet coz I was able to connect using ethernet cable to my modem. Is there no way to downgrade the firmware? It bricked my decos.
