hi there thinking of buying afew wifi bulbs,but is it possible to set them up via app or alex for them to switch on at diffrent times at night?
if so could some one please send me the instruction for anone savy tech person

You could set up Schedule on Tapo Bulbs and turn on light at certain time or local sunrise here, here is manual explaining in details, Page 11:
