I can't register my EPA-225 Outdoor unit.

S/N 221xxxxxx2670 . I'd post the error message but your community doesn't allow it.

It says:
! Problems with product registration.

Have you factory defaulted the 225 AP using the button located beside the ethernet switch?

Is it running region firmware consistent with the other devices in your solution?

yep. like carl said, do you run trouble when reg it? if so, you need to contact the support for that.

their warranty portal supports region like usa and uk.
