Full compatibility between Tapo camera and VIGI NVR1008H
Hello !
Despite there are both TP-Link products Tapo C320WS and Vigi NVR1008H compatibility is bad !
Only standard detection is detected by the NVR and zones must be configured in the Tapo App not in the NVR.
No possibility to activate or desactivate the light for color night in the NVR and in the Vigi App.
Tapo app must be used for light but Tapo app can't be used to playback, it works only with SD card !

Hello ! Login and password are not the same as Tapo App main login and password.
Login and Password should be configured for each camera in Tapo App (I recommand the same login/password for each) in advanced settings, camera account.

The latest firmware says more compatibility with Tapo.
But I can't see any difference with previous firmware.
Still only standard detection works.

Additional problem seems time synchronization. VIGI NVR requires to provide a summer daylight savings schedule, but during that time it pushes cameras time 1h ahead. And if you don't set it, then it can't view (playback) first 60 minutes after midnight.
Overall, I am disappointed with the compatibility and I hope things will get fixed soon!

It's suggested to Start a New Thread about the time synchronization issue between your camera and the NVR with the following information for further analysis.
1. The model number and version info of your Tapo Cam.
2. The time zone set on the NVR and the Tapo app for your camera.
3. The detailed usage scenario.

@jvachez Hi, I have just purchased the Vigi NVR 1016H . On the box it states that it's ONVIF " Promises Comprehensive Compatibility" . Sorry but is this a joke as it seems to be only supporting one feature of the Tapo cameras ONVIF features. I get just basic motion detection, not even human detection.
I am so disappointed in your so called compatible that I now wished I had bought a different brand from the start. False advertising to start with.
