Hi, the wireless password of RE305 is the same as the main router which could not be changed. So I guess you were trying to change the password of the web management UI.
If the original password has been changed by someone else, we have to run a factory reset---hold the reset pinhole for 10s.
But you mentioned you could not reset it. Do you mean when holding the reset pinhole, there is no change to the LED lights on RE305 at all?
