Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.5

Hi,

 

after factory reset , the HS100 was automatically updated to 1.2.5 by the KASA app, however, it shows that 1.2.6. is the latest.

In the Firmware-Update menu it shows that the HS100 is due fo an update.

When pressing "update" the update process starts. Download works normal, Installation takes a bit long. At the end it shows "finished" and I haven't touched the HS100 for minimum one hour to allow for a automatic restart or so.

 

However when checking the firmware in the app, it still shows 1.2.5 and the firmware update menu  still shows that the HS100 is due a firmware update.

 

Repeating it a few times and another reset to factory settings again shows no success

 

What needs to be done?

Upload via Windows computer has worked without any trouble, special Windows program required
