I am trying to figure out how to configure the Bell Fibe modem to allow TP-Link Archer to act as a VPN. I am not sure whether I have to do a port forwarding or another method to allow external users to access my TP-Link vpn.

Would really appreciate some directions on this. Thanks!

Here are some details for setting up a TP-Link router to work as a VPN server or VPN Client.

Use the appropriate resource according to your needs, your router model and the VPN service.

Here's a guide on how to configure OpenVPN on your router for example. Case 2 explains how to port-forward an external connection if your router is behind another router.
