Hi, As there are multiple Portal authentication methods for public Wi-Fi and we haven't done all the field testing, It cannot be guaranteed that the range extender will work in your situation. Before purchasing, it's suggested to contact the public Wi-Fi administrator to double-check whether the public Wi-Fi could be extended by router or extender.
