Hello, 

I upgraded my wifi router to a deco x20 mesh. I previously had an Ax1500 archer 10. This Archer 10 worked perfectly and would even link up with Alexa. However, I needed a system with enhanced parental control and superior coverage; hence, the x20 mesh better. 

For a day or two, I have not been able to link my x20 to Alexa. On the package box, it says x20 is compatible with Alexa, but when I try to link via deco app after I had enabled on Alexa app, I simply can't find the x20. At step 2 under choose network device. All I see is non-available (please see screenshot below). I was wondering if any one could help.
