I have 2 of these in the same location but the other one keeps on turning on.
I also have 5 L530's but they seem to be fine. I need help please. Thanks

Did you create any time-related settings for this L630 bulb? Such as schedule, away mode, automation, Alexa/Google routine, etc.
If you cannot recall it or don't find any possible settings that might cause this problem, try to factory reset this device and reconfigure it.

Factory reset the device and give it a different device name to avoid conflicts with previous settings.

Hi Wayne,
I did, but it is not connected to alexa or any other similar device.
I also change the name of each device because it is very hard for me to know which one is which.

Please send the Mac address of the problem device to me via PM. If you have observed when the light bulb turned on automatically, provide the specific time when it happened and your time zone as well.

Hi Wayne, still have the same problems with most of the controller. With bulb and AC outlet. I do not think the guy's in the R&D are doing testing before releasing the update 😢 same error with network unstable for scheduled activities. Now it has problem with the time, it is not in synch with the time specified. Where and what server is it synchronizing with? Thank you.

Try to factory reset the smart device and leave it unconfigured. It can tell us whether the anomaly is related to the network or device configuration.

@Wayne-TP this is funny, why would you require further security? the problem is that your firmware is not working. Even the scheduled one for on and off. I have multiple cellphone and tab but I am the only one who uses the app. This has been going on for a while now and no solution has been given. Each firmware is being forced to be updated which is not working. Thanjs

This suggestion is to rule out the possibility of human control that you are not aware of. Have you tested leaving it unconfigured to see if it still occurs? An unconfigured smart bulb can only be turned on/off by a physical switch.
And as I mentioned above, if you need to seek further solutions to the problem, please provide me with the Mac address of the abnormal device, the exact time when the abnormal switch appeared, and your time zone via private message, a specialist will assist in following up on this issue.
