Tapo L630 keeps on turning on
Tapo L630 keeps on turning on
Why does the L630 keeps in turning on?
HW 1.0 FW 1.1 build 230823 rel165100
I have 2 of these in the same location but the other one keeps on turning on.
I also have 5 L530's but they seem to be fine. I need help please. Thanks

There is no other person controling or accessing the app. You will need user name and password which I did not give to anyone else. There is no problem for me reporting minor bugs, but what this is, is no one tested the firmware that your company is releasing which was happening on multiple releases. I am not tplinks test engineer nor have the time to do multiple test for different firmware revisions.
This is happening in various controller, like Tapo P105 and L530.
The time stamp is also not at synch. The error I am getting is network unstable which was the same error as before when I change th setting.

I would not agree with you, why does the deco app show that the controllers are active while the tapo app shows the controllers are not active? the unstable network keeps on displaying if I change setting on the controller via tapo app? thank you

This is with multiple controllers but same as last year. Basic functions are not working. Changing settings are not working. Why are these error keep on prompting even though this is in a single network? network sees controllers as active while the tapo app shows controllers are offline? this is very frustrating since the errors are from basic controller functions only.
