We've recently received feedback about BT Email users experiencing difficulties in receiving TP-Link verification emails, such as account activation, and password reset. Following extensive collaboration with BT engineers, we have successfully resolved the issue.  Currently, BT email users should receive TP-Link verification emails without any further complications.
