When sharing webcams with my family members they cannot see the cloud videos.
How do I fix that?
- I have two Tapo C100 webcams.
- I have just bought one year premium to apprx 150 $
- Everything is working perfect, expect that my family members cannot see the cloud videos in their app

I find it quite a big problem with the cloud service, that my wife gets the notifications about detected movement, but can't see the recording. The notifications are just complete worthless without the possibility to see what has happened in the house.
Please enable recordings to other users as well.

This is really silly and unsecure solution sharing main account credentials with someone else. Please update the app and grant permission to shared accounts. I want my family to see all saving records. At least we must able to grant permission to any account that we want to show recordings!!
